This is the second issue of That's My World, it's a interesting meme where people from all over the globe share pictures of their part of the world.
This picture is an older photo but the park/bridge still looks the same. This is the Catskill New York Boat Launch, the bridge in the distance is the Rip Van Winkle Bridge and the river is the Hudson River. I wanted to go this past weekend and take more pictures of the boat launch/park area but it was a rainy weekend. Hopefully I'll be able to take some pictures this weekend.
Now go check out the other fascinating photos at That's My World and while your at it join in the fun and upload some pictures to, we'll love you have.

That looks like are really interesting bridge. Nice shot of a part of your world!
I would love to spend an hour or so just sitting along the banks and watching the goings on. Love your world.
That's a lovely shot of the bridge. It may be an old shot but it's new to me since I haven't seen it so I'm glad you used it.
Some of your shots remind me of when I was growing up. We used to vacation in the Catskills and Lake George area.
So the character Rip Van Winkle got a bridge named after him? Cool. ;-)
I would like to see more views from here.
Nice post, I love to be by the water just watching the world pass by
The Hudson looks so big (well it is) and the bridge so long and flimsy from this angle.
Thank you for the wonderful tour. This 2nd week of meme really makes us appreciate the many places that we don't usually see or ever had a chance to visit like the one you showed me in this post. Hope you get to have time to check my world too. Another great job and more to come in the coming weeks.
Nice to visit your part of My World.
Thanks for posting a comment. Jack and I have toured homes along the Hudson River. That is a great area of New York State. I'm so sorry about your son. Hugs and love to you. Joann P.S. Our daugher got married in DisneyWorld in 2005!
